We’re seeking input from producers on barriers to USDA organic certification as part of the Southeast Transition to Organic Partnerships Program. The survey can be accessed through this link.

This brief anonymous survey is to gather input from both certified organic producers and producers interested in transitioning to organic production about challenges they’ve experienced in trying to acquire or maintain organic certification, their most significant production challenges, as well as the efficacy of USDA assistance programs. 

This survey is open to both organic commodity crop producers and specialty crop producers. This information will be presented to USDA to improve the accessibility of the National Organic Program and support producers in organic certification.
